Valuing women, leveraging diversity
While diversity and inclusivity is our stance on equal employment opportunity, we ensure that women in our organization feel safe, secure and engaged at their work. Initiatives like work from home, counseling assistance, sabbatical and self-defense workshops have been akin to a great workplace culture at Pitney Bowes.
Our leadership team is represented by women who have proven mettle, and are aligned with the values of the organization. Pitney Bowes has been recognized for decades as a leader in valuing and leveraging diversity. Woman Engineer Magazine had awarded us the Top 50 Employers and we have also been recognized by Asia's Best Employer Awards for Best Diversity Inclusion Practices.
