Nooruddin (Rudy) Karsan currently spearheads the IBM Kenexa Smarter Workforce initiative, which helps companies attract, engage and retain talent to build a smarter workforce. Passionate about creating meaningful work for all, Rudy possesses the rare combination of a strong background in actuarial science with the ability to dream big. So it comes as no surprise that one of his most lofty dreams became Kenexa, now part of IBM, which he co-founded in 1987.
