Tech HR 2014 is the biggest event in India which brings together HR and technology. The event is meant for business heads, CEOs, and senior HR practitioners who will be present to share and learn about how technology is and potentially can change the face of HR. It is the biggest event of HR and technology and will bring together more than 400 delegates, 30 world class speakers, and 22 fast-paced sessions. Besides that, there will be live product demos where delegates can get a real-feel of the technologies that will redefine human resource management in organisations.

The key to the day’s events will be several informal conferences, or “unconferences” as we call them where an expert who has bridged the talent and technology gap will be available to speak with you on the unique challenges of your organisation and how to bridge them. Besides that, the live product demos will give you a good sense of what your peers in other organisations are looking to implement in the coming times.

The Big Debate: HR Technology advances - will take away the human element
Two teams of the industry’s leading lights battle it out as they speak for and against the motion in this highlight of the conclave! Will tech really take over the human element, or will it enhance human capabilities? Will it be engaging enough to warrant ongoing investments? Will the role of the CHRO become similar to the CTO? Or vice versa! How will the increasing role of HR tech in the workplace benefit or impact the employee? Strong arguments on both sides! Who will win?
Analyst Panel: TechHR Predictions 2014
A CHRO panel discussion. How is technology going to influence the HR community in the future. What kind of technical upskilling will potential HR leaders need to undertake in order to be ‘with-it’?
