This is the second year of the L&D Leadership League - one of its kind initiative for leadership & development leaders that aims at taking the talent management function to the next level of business alignment. Simulation Activity – Changing Leadership Initiatives
The simulation will show a fundamental shift from the ‘command and control’ paradigm of leadership to ‘teamwork and collaboration’ and will require a strategic plan to produce extraordinary results by flexing leadership styles in a team setting within a said time frame
