Daimler India VP (M&S) V R V Sriprasad to quit

German commercial vehicle maker Daimler today said its Indian subsidiary's Vice-President (Marketing, Sales and After Sales) V R V Sriprasad has decided to quit the company with effect from May 1. Sriprasad was associated with the Daimler India Commercial Vehicle (DICV), the 100 per cent wholly-owned subsidiary of Daimler AG since it commenced operation in 2008. "R Ramesh who was hitherto AVP - Aftersales will take-over as Head -Aftersales & Exports and V Sreeram, who was hitherto AVP - Sales will take-over as Head - Domestic Sales, Product Management & Network. Both functions will report to the Managing Director and CEO of DICV," a company statement said.
