As an emerging HR leader, one thing which brings great pride to you:

I bring deep client orientation and empathy into my work. I have consciously worked towards making my clients successful and that has inspired their confidence in HR’s ability to solve real organizational issues

Biggest flaw in the way organizations operate today, and how do you plan to fix that:

Any organization that is not built for scale or sustainability is flawed. These are organizations which are not in touch with their customers, are not open to experimentation, their actions are rooted in the here-and-now than forward-looking, and most importantly these are organizations that don’t play a role in making a difference to the larger community.

As an HR leader, I attempt to help organizations recognize these limitations, and support them in building a scalable and sustainable organization.

What makes the difference while you are in HR in a corporate set up:

As a committed HR professional, I take deep interest in related subject areas, and synthesize ideas from different fields while solving HR problems. I am optimistic and always take solution centred approach to any issue. I use empathy and human centred approach to solving organizational problems.
