Its Employee Sounding Board program is designed to involve a sample group spanning various functions and teams to give feedback on the company policies over a six-month period. While exiting, this group nominates members from their peers for the next year’s feedback process. Similarly, the Leadership Skills Recognition Award has nominations made by employees of individuals with exceptional leadership qualities. By involving employees in strategic decision making, the company ensures an equitable ownership of managing its business.
