Gearing up for CWG... Flexible working hours for employees

There has been immense hype on the upcoming Commonwealth Games. Amongst the confusion and mayhem, issues like limitation on traffic movements, usage of lanes and route alternations are bound to surface in the Capital. To relieve some stress on employees commuting to and from office, many companies have proactively thought of arrangements which will help employees during the event. Companies in the National Capital Region (NCR) are gearing for the Games and facilitating their employees with options like flexi hours, work from home and even shuttle services. Employees have also been told to avail the Metro services to avoid rush hours and getting caught in traffic. Majority of the companies are keeping their employees well informed regarding the traffic situation as well as giving them the required solution for the same which involves alternate route maps and option of staying in company guesthouses. Many companies are also putting up notices to create awareness about Traffic Rules and urging employees to abide by the traffic laws.
