“The best way to predict the future is to create it” - Peter Drucker

With technology underpinning the ability of economies, governments, corporates and individuals to function and make it through what the ongoing crisis brought, it is technology, accompanied by human intervention to understand, learn, and adopt that will empower the human race to beat the crisis and thrive in the face of adversity.

The HR function remains central to enabling businesses and people through the ongoing disruption. The where and how of work remains a question for many, with a visibly  common yet personalized solution - technology. Combine HR and technology, and voila, the leaders of large and small organizations across the globe have the means to connect work, worker and the workplace in more holistic and meaningful ways.

Through the last month, we introduced to you some of the emerging startups that are keen to showcase their offerings to the talent and worktech community at People Matters TechHR India 2021.
