Indian Angel Network (IAN), a network of Angel investors has appointed Pratik Bose as one of managing partners for its maiden fund.

Ex-Cisco Pratik Bose has joined Indian Angel Network as a managing partner.Pratik has over 20 years of experience and was working as a director at Cisco handling private equity and venture capital investments, corporate development strategy, and Mergers and Acquisition. 

He has an experience working with the leading Indian and Multinational companies like Xerox, Nimbus Communication, Mahindra Comviva, IL&FS Technologies, Monk’s Hill Ventures, Nexpa. He has also been an entrepreneur in IoT at Eka Systems, Space & Satellite Systems at Lockheed Martin and space and satellite network and telecommunications engineer in Comsat Labs.He completed his MS from The John Hopkins University and went on to complete his MBA from New York University.

Pratik was quoted in media reports saying, "I am excited to be part of the IAN Fund and grow the best in class seed / early stage investor. This fund is exactly what the ecosystem needs as this will bring a paradigm shift for startups. I look forward to working with Saurabh & Padmaja & the very elite Investment Committee members as well as the Advisory Board”.

IAN also consist of industries dignitaries like Kris Gopalakrishnan, Dr. Devi Shetty and Sunil Munjal on Advisory Board while entrepreneurs such as Raman Roy, Ajai Chowdhry and Saurabh Srivastava on the Investment Committee. Indian Angel Network was started in April 2006 and in addition to money, it provides constant access to high quality mentoring, vast networks and inputs on strategy as well as execution.
