The percentage of the workforce working remotely is rising every year and changing the way companies, are working, hiring, and restructuring. With the changing workforce model,  L&D leaders are faced with a challenge of driving learning in a distributed model of working. ‘What are the key challenges that L&D leaders will face in a distributed world of work?’ and ‘What should be kept in mind while designing learning interventions for a changing workforce model?’ are some critical questions L&D leaders need to address.
