Source of Inspiration: We at Indus Net, started using WhatsApp for team collaboration among our top management – as an interesting communication tool, which we were all comfortable with. However, we realized that it has limitations, if we really want to use it in business. Some issues that stood out were data ownership, data backup, data security, role management, adoption, analytics and customization.
