With a focus on anticipating and owning the future trends, People Matters TechHR 2018 will witness the launch of various innovative products and experiences redefining HR. From the volunteering campaign by Goodera to an intelligent platform by Darwinbox,  professionals and business leaders attending the conference will get an opportunity to get familiar with new solutions and products.

In the previous article, you read about some of the solutions which will be launched and exhibited at the conference. Here’s a sneak peek of a few more solutions to look forward to at the conference:

SAIRA by Workonic 

Leveraging the scale of TechHR 2018, Nitin Goel, Managing Director, Workonic will be exhibiting machine learning based digital resume screening solution SAIRA for increasing product awareness. Besides machine learning, SAIRA also utilizes AI for taking Voice bot based Tech Interviews.  It is also capable of doing sentimental Analysis using NLP and also provides a recruiter and client dashboard. 

FAQ Dashboard by Leena AI

Last year’s participant of TechHR Startup Program, Leena AI will be showcasing their FAQ dashboard which they have created after working with multiple companies. This dashboard would basically includes some predefined frequently asked questions by the employees related to their policies, processes, etc. For accessing the dashboard, a bot link is generated automatically which companies can directly use over channels like Skype for Business, Slack, Workplace by Facebook, Yammer, Outlook, intranet portal, etc. The FAQ-based chatbot can give answers to all the queries of the employees based on the data provided in the FAQ Dashboard.

Harvard's Data Science Program by Pearson Professional Programs

Considering TechHR to be a great platform to connect with the HR Fraternity, Pearson would be showcasing their learning product offerings at the conference.
