Mr. Alok Nigam is Senior Vice President and Group CHRO, Bhartiya Group.
Mr. Alok Nigam is a multifaceted HR professional with over 20+ years of comprehensive and hands on experience in the entire gamut of Human Resources and thrives on building and creating engaging places to work.
At Bhartiya Group, Nigam heads the Human Resources function and takes responsibility for bringing in talent and strengthening the HR policy infrastructure to support a rapidly growing business with a distinctive culture. He primarily focuses on Organization Building and is helping the group in strategic business and people initiatives for last over 3.5 years. He enjoys studying patterns of human behavior and correlating them with their work ethos.
Mr. Alok is a law graduate with a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and has done Advanced Leadership Program from INSEAD, Singapore and Advanced HR Program at the Ross School at Michigan University.
Before joining Bhartiya, he was working with Bharti Airtel as CHRO of the Network Services Group for India and South Asia. Prior to this, he has worked with many other reputed organizations like Luxor, Goodlass Nerolac and JBM Group where he was managing reputation for business partnership, talent management, employee engagement and creating HR policies. Nigam has also served as Group Head, Corporate Human Resources at Intex Technologies India Ltd.
