What is your organization’s Return On Engagement level?

Did you know that 70% of the employees at work are disengaged?

Well, this is what the State of the American Workplace has to say. Employee disengagement is a serious issue that needs to be addressed judicially. Not only are companies facing huge rates of attrition but are also losing on their productivity levels.

Every organization believes in investing for the greater good through employee engagement. Yet, face higher attrition y-o-y. While organizations strive for employees to work with absolute dedication, the organization first needs to reach out to the grassroots level to understand what an employee really wants.

This time, a bottom-up approach.

According to the analysis of the latest paper by ASSOCHAM, for every rupee being spent on employee wellness programs, employers can save up to Rs. 123.33 on absenteeism.

Employee Engagement is not just restricted to interactive workshops and fun celebrations at work anymore. The game has changed. It's a lot more about  ‘How much has it impacted the life of an employee’.

A happy and sound employee = A productive employee.

Stress caused by overbearing clients, multiple projects, and unhelpful colleagues can easily have a negative impact on the mind and performance of the employee. It is thus crucial for organizations to invest in the mental well-being of their employees.

Measuring Engagement

Thereby, incorporating the feedback into the system, for better results.
