According to the analysis of the latest paper by ASSOCHAM, for every rupee being spent on employee wellness programs, employers can save up to Rs. 123.33 on absenteeism.

A happy and sound employee = A productive employee.

Stress caused by overbearing clients, multiple projects, and unhelpful colleagues can easily have a negative impact on the mind and performance of the employee. It is thus crucial for organizations to invest in the mental well-being of their employees.
