In today's fast pace world it is necessary for HR leaders to measure their own credebility by embracing strategic role within their organization to contribute to the success of business.

If something exists, it exsits in quantity and if it exists it can be measured and this clears the question that HR is indeed quantifiable. The HR department of any company work towards the overall development of the company with two elementary things in mind 1) Goal and 2) Objective.
