The newly appointed HR Head will join the GDS Executive Committee, as well as the Global Talent Committee, which is chaired by Trent Henry, EY’s Global Vice Chair for Talent.

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) has roped in Sreekanth Arimanithaya as the Global Talent Leader. Sreekanth will be responsible to drive a complete re-imagination of their Talent Function and how it partners with the business. He will be working closely with the GDS leadership team and the Global Talent organization.

As GDS continues to evolve and grow to transform EY’s business, Talent agenda will become the cornerstone of EY GDS success. And Sreekanth will play a critical role in leading the entire talent strategy as per EY’s changing business needs. 

Sreekanth has over 25 years of experience in both Human Resources and broader business transformation, from human resources management, supply chain management and organizational development to technology leadership and quality management. 

Previously, he was working with DXC Technology where he was the Joint Managing Director and the Senior Vice President of Workforce Management, reporting to the Global Chairman and CEO. 

He was also part of the DXC Technology Global Executive Leadership Team. Prior to this, he worked as the Head of Talent and CIO for Britannia Industries. He has also held various Talent leadership positions in Computer Associates, GE and Toyota. 

Sreekanth is well versed in merger and acquisition talent integration, leadership development, HR shared services, HR analytics and change management. 

EY Global Delivery Services believes that his entire work experience and the knowledge he has gained working in the US for 7 years will bring a global and diverse perspective to the role and help the EY GDS in its next phase of growth.
