Ingersoll Rand appoints Madhusudan Rao as CFO
Ingersoll Rand has appointed Madhusudan Rao as its Chief Financial Officer and India Controller. Rao will be responsible for Ingersoll Rand’s financial strategy and functions, the company said in a statement. His other responsibilities include financial planning, which includes investor relations, treasury, external reporting and risk management secretarial functions across all Ingersoll Rand legal entities in India.
