Liquor firm United Spirits Ltd (USL) on 30th April said its Board has appointed Anand Kripalu as the Chief Executive Officer of the company with effect from May 1. Since October 1, 2013 Kripalu has been CEO-Designate of the company, USL said in a BSE filing. "Board of directors of the company is meeting on April 30, 2014, have appointed Anand Kripalu as the chief executive officer of the company with effect from May 1, 2014," the company said.
