Cairn today announced the appointment of Neha Saxena Shenoy as the new Deputy CHRO. With over 18 years of experience, she will work closely with SBUs to drive enhanced business performance and attract best talent, announced the company in a LinkedIn post.

Prior to this, Neha worked with Honeywell as Human Resources Director for close to two years. 

Prior to this, Neha spent nearly two years as the Human Resources Director at Honeywell. Neha worked with Reckitt as the global diversity and inclusion lead.

She held a variety of HR business partner and specialist roles across multiple geographies in MNCs including  Microsoft, GE, and Adobe. Neha is an alumnus of SIBM, Pune and a graduate of GE's global HR leadership programme.

Neha is one of the winners of the People Matters- DDI, Are You In The List Awards 2015.
