Kaushik Chakraborty has left JLL and started his new innings with real estate service provider Savills as Head of Human Resource. Talking about his previous stint, he said, “It was one of the most exciting stints of my career spanning 6.5 years in JLL. I had the satisfaction of setting up the L&D structure, lead the D&I practice and set up the CSR Trust as a trustee.” 

In his new role, Chakraborty will look after the entire HR function of the company and he will report to the CEO, Anurag Mathur. 

With New Year knocking the door, Chakraborty has planned out three key focus areas for the company. He said, Hiring the best Talent from the Industry, creating a great place to work with one of the best ‘People Practices’ in the Industry and building up an inclusive organization which is focused on diversity at all levels, will be my core focus.” 

Kaushik Chakraborty is senior HR and Learning & Development professional with 16+ years of experience across Industries and functional areas. He has worked with Organizations like RBS, Max Newyork Life, ICICI Prudential and Blue Dart. He has lead Strategic HR initiatives, driven OD, Learning and Talent Initiatives.
