JLT appoints Deepayan SenSharma as Director HR

He will take care of the India, Middle East and Africa region for JLT. Prior to that, he was the VP-HR (Global Competency Architecture) at Accenture.
JLT appoints Deepayan SenSharma as Director HR

Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group has appointed Deepayan SenSharma as the company’s Director-HR India, Middle East and Africa in September. Deepayan was previously working with Accenture as Vice President - HR (Global Competency Architecture). 

JLT is a British multinational corporation headquartered in London, England, that provides insurance, reinsurance, employment related advice and brokerage services.

In Accenture, he was the lead in multiple work streams in Competency Architecture/ Competency Management within the Talent Strategy Center of Expertise for the company. He has also worked as Total Reward Lead and HR Advisor, BP/ Castrol, India and also as HR officer in the Vardhman Group of Companies. 

Deepayan is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. 

According to his LinkedIn profile, Deepayan says, “My areas of expertise include Strategic HR, HR business partnering, Total Rewards, design, implementation and re-engineering of People Processes, organizational Talent/ Competency Management, leading virtual and diverse teams, and managing very senior stakeholders effectively.  My interests in and around my profession relate to all kinds of disruption - especially digital - that will impact managing businesses and the workforce of the future, talent and competency strategies and challenges, 'Internet of Things' and how it is reshaping how we look at the world. I believe I truly have a contribution to make in making the world a better place to work and live in.”
