HCL Info appoints 2 to the board
Information technology services and solutions company HCL Infosystems has appointed two new independent non-executive directors — Sangeeta Talwar and Kaushik Dutta on its board. While Talwar is a business leader with career spanning over 30 years and served on the board of directors of companies such as Tata Tea, Tata Coffee and Mother Dairy Fruit and Vegetable, Dutta is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
