To consolidate its senior leadership team, HT Media has announced some changes after the acquisition of Radio One. Recently, the media company has acquired a 51 percent stake in Next Mediaworks Ltd (NMWL). Harshad Jain will be the CEO of NMWL. 

Shikha Dhillon, who heads HR for Fever 104 FM will now lead the HR function for all three brands, Fever 104, Radio One and Radio Nasha. She joined Fever FM in August 2018 from Star India. 

In these nine months, she has played a significant role in the acquisition process and also ensured a smooth transition in the M&A project. She will continue to report to Harshad Jain. She has worked with companies such as Nokia, Mahindra, and CSC. 

In another development, Neeraj Saraswat, who was heading the content and events business of Fever FM will now lead Radio One business as the Business Head. 

Abhishek Kapoor in addition to being the CFO for Radio & Entertainment Business has also been appointed the CFO for Next MediaWorks Ltd (NMWL).
