TAPMI students get average pay package of Rs 9.71 lakh
The 2012-14 batch PGDM (post graduate diploma in management) students of the Manipal-based TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) got an average annual pay package of Rs 9.71 lakh. Quoting RC Natarajan, Director of the institute, a press statement said here that the highest annual package offered was Rs 55 lakh. It said that the institute received a very good response from the corporate world for placement of students of the 2012-2014 batch. More than 100 companies participated in the placement process and offered jobs to 296 students. Around 60 companies participated for the first time, it said.
