LoginRadius that provides customer identity and access management (cIAM) solutions, is looking to double its workforce to 400 by the end of next year. Half of the 200 positions they plan to fill up in the next one year will be in India.

Currently, the firm has to two centres in India, one in Jaipur with 80 employees, and a newly-opened facility in Hyderabad with 10.

With global cIAM market opportunity at $32 Bn, the Vancouver-based firm sees great opportunity in India as well. The leaders of the firm have shared their intent to expand their operations in India and hire more staff for Hyderabad unit in particular.

Deepak Gupta, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of LoginRadius said, “Half of the 200 positions that we are going to fill up in the next one year will be in India. The Hyderabad facility will have 40 more.”

The focus of Hyderabad office will be on data analytics to crunch huge volumes of data generated everyday.

“Our cloud-hosted service provides the platform to securely manage and transact with billions of customer identities while factoring in privacy and compliance regulations in different geographies,” shared Rakesh Soni, Chief Executive Officer, LoginRadius.

Soni has observed that a lot of companies don’t understand privacy and security concerns and regulatory compliances associated with managing customer identities, thus creating a business opportunity for them.

Founded in 2012, LoginRadius had last year raised $17 Mn in Series-A funding led by ForgePoint Capital and Microsoft’s venture fund M12. Some of the other existing investors who also participated included Real Ventures and BDC Capital. Now as the firm plans to further grow and expand in India, let's see what new steps it takes and how soon it makes it space in the market.
