Zoho, provider of cloud-based business applications announced a major update to its HR management system, Zoho People 4.0. This new version has significantly enhanced the core functionality of the application, providing employers with a centralized, integrated system that facilitates better connectivity between HR and employees. 

The new version allows HR departments to manage custom services, tailor complex leave policies to specific workplace scenarios, run advanced analytics, and handle employee queries through a centralized case management system.

Raja Ramasamy, Product Manager for Zoho People stated, “Over the past decade, Zoho People has enabled HR departments across the globe to manage attendance, leave, performance, documents and forms from a single platform. With this new version, we have set the bar higher by focusing on the ways technology cannot just help the HR team do their work more efficiently, but also support better employee experience.”

Highlights of Zoho People 4.0 includes features such as Case Management, which allows HR personnel to track and handle employee queries easily and efficiently, Service Builder, an intuitive drag-and-drop form builder makes it easy for HR admins to launch new internal services, Leave Customization feature which can now be fully customized to suit the complex and unique policies and regulations organizations must follow. 

In addition, the updated app also comes with Advanced Analytics.  Zoho People 4.0 is available immediately for all new users. After the 15-day free trial, Zoho People's pricing starts at Rs 50 per user per month when billed annually.
