With India moving away from being a talent feeder, to a talent powerhouse, ‘Return2Home' is poised to help employers attract the ‘right talent'
Monster.com, the leading online career and recruitment solutions provider and pioneer in the e-recruitment space today announced the launch of its new initiative ‘Return2Home,’ targeted at the vast Non-Resident Indian population residing abroad with ambitions of returning to their origins.
According to the findings of Monster.com internal research, between January and December 2010, there was a 65% growth in traffic of job seekers from outside India, with nearly three quarters of respondents (74%) planning to return to India eventually or have already done so, indicating the rising interest of NRI’s in their homeland. Leveraging its global footprint, Monster.com will target and connect with NRI jobseekers from United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Gulf and South East Asia and connect them with the opportunities that exist for them in their own country.
India is seen as a land of opportunities owing to the rapid economic explosion, MNC’s recognizing India as strategic market, which in turn has resulted in global work culture, competitive salaries, world class infrastructure, improved socio-economic facilities and access to an international standard of living.
