CareerBuilder elevates Premlesh Machama as President, APAC

Premlesh Machama, Managing Director of CareerBuilder India is promoted to President, Asia Pacific. 

He has been working with the organization for more than six years as MD and now he will head the Asia Pacific Business. The elevation for Premlesh Machama came in earlier this month. 

His role involves overseeing businesses across various markets of CareerBuilder in the Asia Pacific region, with focus on 'Growth, Expansion and Profitability' as the key focus areas. 

As the new President, APAC, he is working on three key strategies. His priority is to have right product fitment through alignment to local needs, second is to align teams to a shared vision and the third one is to build winning culture across all markets.  

Machama joined CareerBuilder India as Managing Director from Wortal in December 2011 where he was Vice President, India Business. 

He has worked in different verticals over the last twenty-seven years. He started his career with Read Elsevier as District Manager in 1991 and went on to work with organizations such as Times Group Sify Technologies and Dainik Bhaskar Group. 

CareerBuilder is an end-to-end human capital solutions company that helps people find jobs and employers to find, hire and manage the talent they need. The company is operational since last twenty years and operates in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. CareerBuilder is majority-owned by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management.
