Lupin Pharmaceuticals has named ex-Cipla executive Preeti Bose as the global head of talent management and leadership development. Prior to this, Preeti was working in another pharma company Cipla, as the global head of their leadership academy.

At Cipla, Bose provided strategic thought leadership for the development of approximately 24,000 global associates; specifically - talent development of top 200 leaders, managerial capability building across the spectrum for new and senior people managers, along with designing and delivering programs for transformational business needs and behavioral skills in line with Cipla Leadership Essentials. 

Prior to Cipla, she also Founded Aatman Consulting, working in the space of  Talent Management, Performance Management, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Coaching across industries, small, SME, to large multinationals.

An alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College for Women and a business mentor for the Cherrie Blair Foundation for Women, Bose has also worked in the FMCG sector, spending two years at Wrigley and five years at Mondelez International.
