OML has appointed Gunjan Arya as the Chief Executive Officer, Dhruv Sheth as the Chief Operating Officer, and Saurabh Abbi as the Chief Business Officer (new initiatives and international business). The newly promoted leadership team will start in their new roles immediately and take OML into the next phase of growth and expansion. 

Ajay Nair will continue as the Managing Director of the company and focus on new opportunities for the company. 

Gunjan Arya, in her new role as CEO, will be in charge of devising and implementing the overall growth strategy while Dhruv Sheth and Saurabh Abbi would be supporting her as the COO and CBO, respectively. Departments including the global creator network teams and HR, in addition to live events and brand solutions would be reporting to her directly. Having been in the business of brand building since she was 16-years-old, Gunjan has worked with numerous international and Indian ad agencies. She even launched her own company in 2009 called ‘Design of Information.’ 

Having joined OML since 2015, she has played a crucial role in helping the organization transform into a global company. She helped set up one of the faster growing verticals of the company--the Global Creator Network--with a presence in more than 22 countries. Gunjan will continue to be a part of the board of directors at OML, and support Nair in its international expansion. 

Dhruv Sheth, in his new role, will oversee the content division in addition to supervising the finance and legal functions. He will also be leading the integrated creator and artist management team and bring about organizational efficiencies across various business at OML. He joined the organization in 2012, as a production intern for the David Guetta concerts, and has steadily risen through the ranks. 

In his new role as the CBO, Saurabh Abbi, will be working on developing and launching new business verticals and international businesses at OML. His long-term tenure with the company gives him a unique perspective into artist management. From various leadership roles to understanding people practices to envisioning and setting up operations for successful businesses, Saurabh’s work experience also includes previous stints at Global Vantedge and WNS.
