Xerox appoints Leo Joseph as MD in India

Xerox has appointed Leo Joseph as the Managing Director for India. In his new role, Leo will be incharge of taking the company’s success forward and delivering its business strategy for the India and South Asia market. 

With more than 28 years of in-depth experience in leadership, Leo is poised to take Xerox ahead into its next growth phase in the nation. His extensive knowledge in large enterprises, SMBs, governments, and B2C consumers would enable Xerox to create a strong foothold in the existing segments. Additionally, Leo would be able to lead the company to charter growth into newer markets and segments. 

Before joining Xerox, Leo was working with HP and held various senior leadership roles in India and APAC. In his most recent role, he was the Senior Director, Printing Systems and Solutions, HP Inc. India. He was leading the Printing Hardware, Services, and Consumables business for the country and responsible for the overall revenue, profitability, and market share for the company. 

Leo’s appointment shows that Xerox is gearing up for its next phase of growth in an increasingly digital age where long-standing giants in the tech and printing industry have to innovate in order to stay relevant and become future-ready.
