CEO of Aon Consulting India steps down after 17 years

CEO of Aon Consulting India steps down after 17 years

Senior industry leader Sandeep Chaudhary, CEO, Aon Consulting, India, has made a decision to leave the company at the end of January 2019. 

He will explore different career alternatives to best support his personal interests. During the next two months, he will be working with the company on a transition plan. The company has plans to further invest in the emerging India market in support of clients and colleagues.

He was with the firm for 17 years. He was a key part of the India growth story of Aon’s India consulting business. He was appointed CEO at the start of 2014. In his tenure, Aon witnessed the rapid growth of the consulting business.

He incubated several new lines of businesses, grew existing client revenues and was instrumental in Aon’s acquisition of CoCubes, an Indian Technology Assessment start-up, in 2016. Prior to his stint as CEO, Sandeep was a Partner and leader of the Performance and Rewards business across Asia.

Sandeep Chaudhary joined Aon Hewitt from Watson Wyatt, where he set up the Rewards Consulting practice in India. Before Watson Wyatt, he has a useful stint in Executive Search with Amrop.
