COO & HR Head of Myntra & Jabong rubbishes  reports of stepping down

Manpreet Ratia rubbishes reports of stepping down from his role as the COO of Myntra and Jabong. Ratia, who run Operations, Supply Chain, Consumer experience and HR is not leaving the company. 

Recent media reports covered Myntra’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ananth Narayanan resignation from his role with his position set to be abolished. The media reports also highlighted that human resources head Manpreet Ratia, who also oversaw operations, supply chain and customer experience at Myntra, have also resigned.

When People Matters reached out to Ratia to know more about the news, he termed the media reports baseless and speculative. He said, “I am very happy and have no plans on moving anywhere.” 

Ratia is associated with Myntra from last two years. Before joining Myntra, he was working with Amazon as Director, Head, Customer Fulfilment Operations. 

He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and worked with companies such as GE Capital, Citi Bank, and Nestle.
