Canadian handset and enterprise solutions maker BlackBerry's India managing director Narendra Nayak has quit the company after a stint of over two years. The company has confirmed the development and said that Shantanu Srivastava, Vice President of the Asia Pacific and Japan is now overseeing the India operations suggests media report.

Narendra Nayak joined Blackberry in October 2015 as Managing Director. After working with the Canadian handset maker he decided to step down from his position. His next destination is unknown.  Before joining Blackberry he has worked with companies such as Motorola, IBM India, CSC India and Lingua Next Technologies. He is an industry veteran with more than thirty-five years of experience.
