The company plans to offer internships and jobs to the candidates through a single interview process on a single day. Since January 2015, Directi has extended 800 offers out of which 650+ people have joined.

Ameya Ayachit, head of Talent Acquisition said, “Directi is looking to hire close to 200+ people from campuses this year which includes reputed tech, business, design and graduate colleges. We have already completed our first round of campus visits, and as of now we have extended more than 60 offers in NITs, BITS, DTU, DCE and other top tier technical institutes. We would be visiting ISB and IIMs for business roles, likewise NID and MIT for Design roles, and IIIT Hyderabad and other technical colleges for tech roles."

Directi currently is a 1100+ people company excluding the Endurance headcount, and hoping to be a 1400+ people company in the next few months.

The company also believes in 'eliminating parity issues'. On being asked what they mean by it, Ayachit said, "We are one of the few companies that has never restricted candidates to apply for roles based on their backgrounds.  We have had instances of hiring chemical engineers for technical roles from IITs; similarly we have hired candidates with textile industry experience from ISB for our global marketing roles to sell new web domains globally. The reason we are able to do this is because of the unique recruiting process we adopt at Directi. For the tech role our process is focused on the problem solving skills of a candidate and hence anyone with good algorithmic skills irrespective of their field of study can be a potential hire for us. For the business roles our process is based on a case study solution that candidates have to submit which tests the all-round strategic knowledge of a candidate.”

Directi will be amongst the highest pay masters in top colleges. The Highest pay package this year – 27 Lakhs for a Platform engineer role.

Since the inception, Directi has been one of the key employers offering both a creative work atmosphere and highly competitive salary packages. In the recent years, Directi has been a part of all top-tier campuses going toe to toe with the likes of Google, Amazon, Flipkart and Zomato at these campus placements offering an attractive work atmosphere and aggressive career building opportunities.
