The U.S based HR Tech firm, Phenom People has raised funding to accelerate product innovation and global sales expansion of its talent relationship marketing platform.
U.S based talent marketing company raises $22 Mn in series B funding

Phenom People, a U.S based firm that provides talent relationship marketing platform raised $22 million in series B funding led by AXA Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors Sierra Ventures, Sigma Prime Ventures, and Omidyar Ventures. The money raised will be utilized to accelerate the global expansion of its talent relationship marketing platform. 

Phenom People’s talent relationship marketing (TRM) platform leverages artificial intelligence to help companies attract and engage candidates through personalized experiences. The platform provides a personalized career site experience for candidates with a real-time Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management System (CMS), Campaign Management, Event Management, Talent Analytics and conversational bots. 

“Phenom People has built a market-leading technology platform that enables companies to win the war for talent,” said Alex Scherbakovsky, General Partner at AXA Venture Partners. “We are excited to partner with Mahe and his team to scale the company globally.”

It has more than 120 customers on board including companies like Cognizant, General Motors, L’Oreal, Microsoft, Southwest Airlines and Whole Foods. The U.S based company also has its presence in India with 300+ employees, majorly based out of Kondapur, Hyderabad.

Previously, Phenom People had raised $9 million from Sierra Ventures, Sigma Prime Ventures, and Omidyar Ventures. And with the latest round of funding the total money raised amounts to $31 million. The total capital in talent relationship marketing (TRM) market is about $20 Bn.
