Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has introduced its first virtual employee, Eve. Eve represents company’s automated talent acquisition portal called Tal.Port.

Tal.Port is an end-to-end automated talent acquisition platform which introduces robotic video interviews for job seekers.

The candidates can apply for a job post on Tal.Port and can appear for an interview, irrespective of their current location through their smartphones. The video interviews will capture the interviewees’ aptitude, behavioral aspects, and essential technical skills.

Along with Eve, the organization has also launched an assistant chatbot, Buddy for its employees.

Buddy will assist company’s employees to settle their HR-related queries at a single click. Through the chatbot, employees can apply for leave, check their entitlements, and access HR policies.

Tapan Singhel, the Managing Director and CEO of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, shared in media that for a business to grow, acquire and retain the right talent is imperative. It is essential to equip them with convenient connectivity with human resources that our chatbot, Buddy, will do. Adding further, he said that Tal.Port will enable employees to pursue their career interests. Besides the external job seekers, Tal.Port will also allow employees to explore suitable opportunities within the organization and shape their career graph.
