Chief People Officer of Zoom Insurance, Subhankar Ghose has joined Morphosis Projects, and EON(Essence of Nature) Resorts as Director, People, and Strategy. 

In his new role, he will be responsible for scaling up the business strategy and best peoples practices for both the Morphosis Projects and EON. He will report to the board of the company. 

Turning key projects and hiring the best of the talent from the construction industry are some of his key focus areas. Commenting about his stint with the previous company, he said, “It was a great experience working with Zoom, and I wish them all success.” 

Ghose is an industry veteran with people management professional with over 18 years of experience. In his previous assignments, he has skilfully handled talent management, compensation & rewards, organization & change management, and HR Business Partner roles. Brings in a can-do attitude which thrives on integrity and a result-oriented focused approach for creating a culture of excellence. 

He has worked with companies such as ABP News, Muthoot Fincorp, ICICI Prudential, and Sahara Global.
