AP Govt staff gets 27% interim relief
The AP govt has announced an interim relief of 27% to state govt employees with effect from January 1, 2014. The decision will affect 9.2 lakh govt staff and 5.5 lakh pensioners. The move will have additional financial burden of Rs 7,681 crore for full year and Rs 1,920 crore for three months during the period up to March 31, 2014.
