Human relations are the focus for Axis Bank after putting the strategy and structures in place. The bank is taking the assistance of human resource consultancy firm Cerebrus Consultants and Hewitt to get its HR structure aligned to its growth strategy. The bank had created verticals around various businesses and is now looking to deploy human resources around this structure and putting in place a fitting compensation package. They have also tied up with investment bank Rothschild for setting up a ‘family office’ business. Family office is the higher end of wealth management and includes services such as estate planning for high net worth individuals with assets of Rs 5 crore and above.
