Indian IT services firms who had called back employees based in Japan following the tsunami and nuclear fear have started sending them back. While some employees have opted to return voluntarily others are still concerned and are not willing to return.

Indian IT services firms who had called back employees based in Japan following the tsunami and nuclear fear have started sending them back. While some employees have opted to return voluntarily others are still concerned and are not willing to return.
While the Japan revenues are a small percentage of Indian IT firms’ revenues, they are focusing on building business there and clients are already back at work.
