MonsterIndia.com launches mobile app for BlackBerry smartphones

In its bid to cater to the mobile, tech-savvy working population, MonsterIndia.com, one of India’s leading online career and recruitment solutions provider, has launched the Monster mobile application for BlackBerry® smartphones, empowering employers and jobseekers while they are on the move. Keeping innovation at the heart of all our initiatives, our new mobile application for BlackBerry smart phones caters to the mobile, tech-savvy working population.” Further, according to Annie Mathew, Head of Alliances and Developer Relations in India for Research In Motion, “The ability to easily integrate the Monster app with RIM's BBM and Universal Search apps allowsMonster.com to create a richer and more robust application experience for BlackBerry customers.”

The Monster application for BlackBerry smart phones provides access to all the features and services that are present in Monsterindia.com. It also supports the Universal Search feature on smart phones running the BlackBerry® 6 OS and higher, giving users access to Monster's search technology in the palm of their hands.

For job seekers, the new app provides - on the move access, search and apply on the move, job alerts and manage account on the move while for the employers the new app offers- mobile access, to post and manage new job postings and search on the move, the capability to search and shortlist relevant resumes.
