NGA plans to increase its India headcount by 25%

According to an Economic Times report, UK based HR software and service provider NorthgateArinso is planning to increase its workforce in India by 25 per cent. The ET report quotes NGA vice president-Global Operations of Delivery Centres Monica Luzon as saying, “We intend to grow our workforce by 25 per cent in Hyderabad as well as Kochi locations during 2013-14”. She added, “With more than 15 per cent of our global employee strength located in Hyderabad and Kochi Global Delivery Centres, India is our strategic location to address the growing global demand." NGA is a human resource software and service provider and it has around 8,500 employees in 35 countries. Its present employee headcount in India is 1,300. For recruitments NGA may focus specifically on Tier 1 and 2 cities in India.
