CDS Infra Projects has announced the appointment of a new chief human resource officer (CHRO). The infrastructure company has named Devendra Kumar Jha as the new CHRO, effective May. 

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as CHRO (Vice President HR). at CDS Infra Projects Ltd !,” Jha posted on Linkedin.

In his new role, Jha is responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, including employee benefits, talent strategy, HR metrics, and legal compliance. He also collaborates with the senior management and the project teams to ensure the alignment of the HR objectives and the organisational goals and values.

Previously, he worked as the Head of Human Resources at PNC Infratech Ltd. and Barbrik Project Ltd., where he led the HR teams in delivering strategic and operational HR solutions for large-scale projects.
