Samsung Electronics India CHRO Sameer Wadhawan is all set to retire today. An experienced HR professional, Wadhawan has been serving as the senior vice president and head of HR since January 2018.

“Thank you, leadership team and my colleagues at Samsung Electronics for a very satisfying and professionally enriching journey,” Wadhawan posted on Linkedin announcing his retirement.

“I am filled with nostalgia as I look back at my corporate career of 37 years The constant guidance, support, and coaching of my managers, friends, peers, and colleagues, have made it a satisfying and fulfilling journey.”

Besides Samsung, he worked with Coca-Cola, Nokia, Cadence Design Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Duracell, and Ranbaxy where he got opportunities across multiple industries and with global teams. 

“I am filled with immense gratitude for this enriching journey. As I take some time off to plan my next steps, I wish each one of you all the very best.”
