Mankind Pharma onboards Prateek Dubey a global CHRO

Indian pharmaceutical and healthcare products company Mankind Pharma has onboarded Prateek Dubey as its new global CHRO.

Prateek, an experienced human resource professional with a history of working in the banking / FMCG, power, and manufacturing sectors, has joined Mankind Pharma from IDFC First Bank.

The new global CHRO of the healthcare company is skilled in people management, employee engagement, EVP, ER, HR Opps, HR consulting, external affairs, CSR, shared services, HR policies & HR compliances, and labour laws.
