Zolostays appoints Chanchal Gupta as CHRO

A leader in the co-living space in India, Zolostays, has appointed Chanchal Gupta as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, Gupta will be tackling the strategic direction that the company would embark upon in terms of people management, employee engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, in addition to succession planning. 

With more than 15 years of experience in the HR space, Gupta has previously led HR teams at Amazon, Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. and Citibank Global Services Limited.

Gupta is planning to continue working towards Zolostays’ goal of developing and implementing a global HR strategy in order to cultivate leadership, develop talent, and promote uniqueness. 

With Gupta’s appointment as the CHRO, Zolostays goal of bringing the entire global operation into one umbrella of a holistic HR strategy would most likely benefit from being under a capable leadership team.
