Ajay Piramal joins Shriram Capital Board

Ajay Piramal, the owner of Piramal Enterprises, has been invited to join the Board of Shriram Capital as non-executive Chairman. Piramal has invested approximately Rs. 4556 crores in Shriram Group in the past 18 month. He will replace Ajay Duggal, who has resigned from the board of the company.
